Last month I saw a report in Thai about the imminent launch of a new flavour for the popular Mama Cup Noodles. They said that by the end of April 2012 Mama noodles would launch Chicken Green Curry. I have actually made this myself and it tastes very nice. I just use leftover green curry and mix it with mama noodles that I have already blanched with hot water. I then bring it back to the boil. Has anyone seen it in the shops yet? I’m keen to try their version.
not yet, but i also cook that occasionally (even not with mama noodles but normal quick cooking noodles). Yum
