Rotary Bangkok Charity Concert set for 27 February
The Rotary Club of Bangkok is organising a charity concert, to be held on 27 February 2015 at the Grand Ballroom, Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok Hotel.
The charity evening concert is set to be filled with entertainment and surprises from well-known musicians and appealing programmes of mixed music genres.
The list of singers and musicians includes Miss Thailand World 2014, Maeya Nonthawan Thongleng, who will be entertaining guests with her beautiful voice; the Bangkok Charity Orchestra, conducted by Chulayuth Lochotinan; accomplished guitarist HE Ambassador to Denmark Mikael Hemniti Winther;
French Jazz pianist Frank Herrgott; pianist Alexander Paufler, (Former CEO Mercedes Benz Thailand); Phitchaya Muangsukham; Keithen Carter; Sarute Wijitwechakarn; and many more.
The event will start with a cocktail buffet with wine at 6.30pm and the first performance will begin from 7.30-9.45 pm. Refreshments will be served during the intermission.
The net proceeds will go to the expansion of the Rotary Bangkok School in Nong Plub, Prachuap Khiri Khan province. A new building consisting of four classrooms and a Smart Learning Centre will be built next to existing school buildings.
