The Entire British Pathe Archive is now on YouTube
The entire British Pathe archive has now been uploaded to YouTube. For history buffs the 85,000 films will give a new insight to major events and general day to day life around the world between 1896 and 1976. There is also a large selection of videos from Thailand. To get you started, here is keyword search for “Thailand”.
Among the footage on Thailand is this video called “The Boy King”. Â It shows rare footage of Prince Ananda at school in Switzerland. He had just found out he would be the next king of Thailand. Let me know in the comments below if you find any other interesting videos.
