New 20 Baht Banknote Released on 1st April
A new 20 Baht banknote will be released in Thailand on Monday 1st April 2013. It will be the same colour and size as the existing banknote. According to The Nation, the new design incorporates a range of advanced counterfeit-deterrent features to facilitate authentication by banknote-sorting machines, vending machines and the general public, including the visually impaired.

I can understand why the government would put stuff to prevent copying the bigger bills (500 and 1000 baht notes). But are people really copying 20 baht notes?
