Whisky Galore in Thailand

Ever seen the movie Whiskey Galore? It’s an old movie about Scottish islanders try to plunder 50,000 cases of whisky from a stranded  ship. I am reminded of this movie every time a fuel truck crashes in Thailand. We often see pictures of local villagers siphoning off the fuel into a variety of different containers.  This picture shows a truck carrying Leo Beer that crashed last night. Do you think all of these people work for Leo or are some collecting some souvenirs?
