Meet Nong Kong – the Thai boy whose YouTube video went viral
Within a short time, Nong Kong went from a shy boy who secretly videoed himself lip syncing to a girl’s song to becoming an almost overnight YouTube sensation. That video that he seemed so worried that his mum might catch him recording, has now been seen by over 3 million people! Up until a few days ago, no-one knew who he was. Then this video was uploaded showing Nong Kong doing a live rendition of “Whatever” for his classmates. Then this morning he was on the Woody talk show where the surprise guest was Waii, the original singer of this song. They then sang together.
