“I like Touching Women’s Breasts”

One of the most popular pictures re-tweeted for Songkran so far was this one shot by @Pacharapapon. He was caught by police on Khao San Road molesting women. His crime was written on this piece of cardboard. It says “I like touching women’s breasts”. He was made to stand there for everyone to see. Humiliating and over-the-top punishment maybe, but it is a serious problem during Songkran celebrations. He wasn’t the only one caught, as other people tweeted pictures of at least two other men caught doing the same thing.
