Daytrip to Don Wai Riverside Market

August 25, 2014

On Sunday I went on my latest Bangkok daytrip. I’m trying to come up with ideas of places where you can go for the day. Most of these trips you will need your own transport or at least rent a taxi for the day. For this trip we headed West to Nakhon Pathom province. The plan was to visit four attractions which included two floating markets. But, in the end we only visited two places as we spent more time there than we planned. Plus we ate a lot of food at Don Wai which is a foodies paradise. Here are the highlights that I tweeted live during the trip:

There is no direct public transport. You would need to catch a bus to Nakhon Pathom and get off at the turn-off for the police academy. And then change to local transport. It is a dead end road.
