Thailand’s first electric bus has begun its trial run in Bangkok. It is operating between Don Mueang Airport and Mo Chit bus terminal. The bus is 12 meters long and has 35 seats. It has onboard WiFi and is also wheelchair accessible. The fare is 30 Baht per person. If the three month trial run is successful, 20 more electric buses could be bought in May.

Any info on what happened? Did the government buy 20 more? A rumour says there are brand new busses being held at customs and not let out in traffic for whatever reason. True or not?
