One of the best times of year for festivals is Khao Phansa which marks the start of the three month long Buddhist Lent. This takes place on the full moon during July. This year I'm on a 5 day trip to Northeastern Thailand with TAT Isaan to take pictures of the festival in Surin and Ubon Ratchathani.
