This is my fourth day on my trip to Phuket in Southern Thailand. Last night I stayed at The KEE Resort & Spa and will have one more night there. The first two days I explored Patong Beach on foot, but on day 3 I rented a car from Sixt Car Rental. This gave me a lot more freedom. And as it turned, a lot cheaper than taking local taxis.
Your first stop in Phuket Old Town should be the tourist office on Thalang Road where you can pick up a free map pic.twitter.com/S5IvRge2D1— Richard Barrow in Thailand 🇹🇭 🇬🇧 (@RichardBarrow) March 17, 2015
On On Hotel was Phuket’s first hotel in 1929. It was completely renovated recently offering a more comfortable stay pic.twitter.com/37o6gQHTYQ— Richard Barrow in Thailand 🇹🇭 🇬🇧 (@RichardBarrow) March 17, 2015
Not all the buildings in Phuket Old Town have been renovated or painted bright colors, but they’re still interesting pic.twitter.com/GKBzwT2okY— Richard Barrow in Thailand 🇹🇭 🇬🇧 (@RichardBarrow) March 17, 2015
