Fried Chicken on Yellow Rice

This is Khao Mok Gai Tod and is often sold at a place selling Khao Man Gai Tod. These are the deep fried chicken versions which I usually prefer but they also sell boiled chicken. The deep fried chicken always runs out first. The yellow in this rice comes from turmeric powder which makes a nice change from the rice cooked in chicken stock.
