Floods Going Down in Sukhothai

เทศบาลสุโขทัยน้ำลดลงเร็วมาก

Good news being reported by journalists on the ground in Sukhothai. As these pictures clearly show, the water has been going down fast today and many places are already dry and locals have started to clean up. Let’s hope tomorrow’s newspaper reflects this and that they don’t use older pictures of people wading through the water. Flooding is always a bad experience, but there is no point in making it worse than it really is as this only causes stress and depression for people further downstream.
