Flying over Samut Prakan

Here is a great picture shot by @newley as he flew over Samut Prakan. What you can see in the distance and to the right is Bangkok. You can probably make out the skyscrapers in Bangkok. What is interesting is the loop in the Chao Phraya River. The bottom end, where the loop is the narrowest, there is a shortcut canal which makes this a virtual island. As you can see, it is mainly jungle with no tall buildings at all. Very much in contrast to the city on the other side of the river. I love going to this area to do cycle rides.
