Highlights of Day 2 at Wan Lai Bangsaen Festival

This is my second day at the Wan Lai Festival on Bangsaen Beach. The highlight of today was the merit making ceremonies which were followed by the judging of the sand pagodas. The Mon people in Thailand celebrate Songkran a little later than the rest of the country. In Bangsaen district of Chonburi it is on 16-17 April 2014.
