The other day I went on a day trip with my friend Chin to Phetchaburi and Samut Songkhram. Chin is a tour guide and the owner of Chili Paste Tour. She does private tours in Bangkok and around Thailand. The thing I like about her is her interaction with the local people along the way. She also goes out of her way to support them. On this day she invited me down to see her new kitchen in Samut Songkhram. We had a few stops along the way, mainly to buy ingredients for the dishes we were going to cook.
