This is now my second day in Phuket. Despite it being the rainy season the weather has been great so far. Only light rain for a short time. The highlight of today was the parade for the Hungry Ghost Festival. This is known as Phor Tor Festival in Phuket. In the afternoon I visited two relatively new tourist attractions: Phuket Trickeye Museum and The Upside Down House. Here are some of the pictures that I live tweeted during the day.
A thing I like about Phuket’s Old Town is that the electricity wires are buried & not blocking the colourful view pic.twitter.com/yEKgaX5vtv— Richard Barrow (@RichardBarrow) August 12, 2014
