“International J Food Festival 2013” at Central Department Stores

Central Pattana Public Company Limited (CPN), developer and manager of CentralWorld, CentralPlaza and CentralFestival shopping centers have teamed up with over 100 famous restaurants to jointly organise the “TrueYou Presents International J Food Festival 2013” campaign, bringing to customers a wide selection of delicious vegetarian dishes. The aim is to satisfy the increasing number of people who are adopting the healthy vegetarian food trend. CPN is joining hands with well-known restaurants at its shopping malls and inviting renowned restaurants from across the nation to offer an amazing array of international vegetarian dishes made from carefully selected, high-quality ingredients. The festival will be held from 3-13 October 2013 at CentralWorld, every CentralPlaza and CentralFestival.

This vegetarian festival campaign has been organized annually by CPN for the past several years. This year’s campaign marks the first time in Thailand when a large selection of high-quality vegetarian dishes from various countries made by renowned restaurants from across the nation will be available for customers to enjoy. The participating restaurants include Hong Min Restaurant, Miyashita Shoten Restaurant, Daiso Tai Restaurant, Din Tai Fung Restaurant, Yam &Yam, Tha-Siam, Zood Noodle, Mae Sri Ruen, Sakura, Spaghetti Factory, Sizzler, Mrs. Balbir’s Indian Food, Patisserie Eliza, Yamasaki, Shangri-La Restaurant, Silver Palace Restaurant, Jay Siem Restaurant from Yaowarat, Yoo Fish Ball Restaurant and many more.

A variety of vegetarian-friendly international cuisines will be available, namely sweet and sour vegetarian mock pork ribs, vegetarian mock duck dishes, vegetarian braised bean curd, deep-fried taro balls rolled in watermelon seeds, deep-fried taro snacks, vegetarian traditional Chinese cake, spicy mock seafood soup, fried bean curd with tamarind sauce, green vegetarian noodles with mock duck slices, vegetarian mock fish steak, vegetarian Shindang-dong Toppokki (Korean sliced rice cake), vegetarian noodles in mock pot-stewed duck soup and vegetarian soft chocolate cake.
