Siam Paragon in Bangkok is one of the biggest shopping malls in Asia. It first opened at the end of 2005 and was at the time the biggest mall in Bangkok. But this was superseded by nearby CentralWorld after their renovations made it much bigger. Another big mall in the area is MBK which is popular with foreign tourists looking for good bargains.

So, out of these three shopping malls in Bangkok, which one do you think uses the most power? The answer is Siam Paragon followed by MBK and CentralWorld. Would you be surprised that all three of these malls uses more electricity than Mae Hong Son Province? In fact, the power consumption of these three malls combined uses more electricity than Mae Hong Son, Amnat Charoen, Mukdahan, Nan, Uthai Thani, Loei, Narathiwat and Ranong.
