Pilot Project for Wheelchair Friendly Buses in Bangkok

The other month I tweeted about a new taxi van service for Bangkok where handicapped people could call a special taxi that had a lift for wheelchairs. Now it looks like that there might be buses that can take wheelchairs. Sounds like a good idea but how many footpaths in Bangkok are accessible to wheelchairs? I think they need to sort these out first. Also the so-called wheelchair friendly buildings that are missing a vital ramp to get there.
