World’s Largest Floating Bookstore Coming to Bangkok

 The largest floating bookstore in the world is the Logos Hope and it will soon be on its way to Bangkok. The ship carries over 5,000 low cost books and its mission is to visit countries where books may be hard to come by. All of the crew are volunteers and usually sign up for one or two year contracts. The ship is expected to arrive at Klong Toei in Bangkok on 20th February and leave on 12th March 2013.

From a Thai website I got this information: The bookstore will be open from 21st February to 11th March. Tuesdays to Saturdays 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Sundays to Mondays 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. I plan to visit this bookstore (see pictures of another floating bookstore).
