Slow News Day in Thailand

I guess yesterday must have been a slow news day. If you follow me on Twitter (@RichardBarrow) you would have seen me tweeting a number of pictures of a hole that suddenly appeared at the Asok-Sukhumwit intersection. Not really big news for a city that suffers from monsoon rains. And it wasn’t really a big hole anyway. But, within a short period of time the hole was surrounded by a dozen government officials and high ranking staff. Even the Bangkok Governor came to take a look! Now this morning, most of the Thai papers have front page pictures of the hole!
